Millie's Cafe

  This legendary spot in Silver Lake Millie's Cafe has been there since 1926! Our relationship with Millie's started in 2015 when its current owner Robert wanted to expand his cafe into adjacent space. We successfully got him permits to expand the kitchen, dinning room and outdoor dinning. Applying for the Outdoor Dinning Permit is a complicated enough process plus there were issues with the city because Cafe's storefront has many objects that are on the way of the seating area such as parking pay station, parking meter and trees. Our team had to work with the city on solving these issues and, as a result, city granted the relocating of the parking pay station away from required clearance which made outdoor expansion of this busy spot possible.
