H Cafe

We worked with owner of Home Cafe and H Cafe Aram since 2013 and assisted him with multiple permits. In 2015 our company was working with the owner on enhancing the building, creating new coffee shop next door H Cafe and getting all required approvals for it from the local Community Planning Commission. The building of H Cafe itself was not up to the current Building/ADA codes and was stalling the project. We suggested installment of the lift as a solution to this ADA issue so the project could could stay on tracks.
